Q.Do you charge a deposit?

We charge a deposit to secure your reservation and lock in your selected inflatable or equipment for your event date. Because many of our items book out well in advance—especially on weekends and holidays—the deposit helps us plan accordingly and ensures that your unit is held just for you.

The deposit also goes toward your total balance and helps prevent last-minute cancellations, allowing us to better serve all of our customers.

Rest assured, your reservation is important to us, and your deposit guarantees we’ll be there and ready to bring the fun!
Q.What happens if I need to cancel?
A.

Cancellation Policy – Galaxy Jumpers

By placing a deposit, making a payment, accepting an invoice, or confirming a reservation by phone, text, email, or online, you agree to Galaxy Jumpers’ cancellation policy, weather policy, and rental terms.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as early as possible by phone or email. All cancellations must be confirmed by our team.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event may be eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding the $1 reservation deposit and any non-refundable fees, if applicable.

Cancellations made 2 to 6 days before your event are not eligible for a cash or card refund. Any amount paid will be converted into a rain check or rental credit that does not expire and may be applied to a future rental, subject to availability.

Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery day may result in forfeiture of payments made, depending on the order, scheduling, delivery status, travel distance, labor, and costs already incurred by Galaxy Jumpers.

Large Orders, Holiday Weekends, and Long-Distance Deliveries (over 40 miles):

For large orders, holiday weekends, and long-distance deliveries, additional cancellation terms may apply. Orders totaling $650 or more, holiday weekend reservations, and deliveries outside our standard delivery area (over 40 miles) will be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 20% of the order subtotal before sales tax if canceled within 7 days of the event.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

We allow weather-related cancellations with no penalty if made by 10:00 AM on the day of your event and if the forecast includes unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, storms, or high winds of 20+ mph.

If an approved weather cancellation is made before setup, you may receive a rain check/rental credit that does not expire or, when applicable, a refund according to our weather policy.

Once setup has been completed, refunds are not given due to weather, early ending of the event, or the customer’s decision not to use the equipment.

Galaxy Jumpers is committed to your event. We will not cancel your event unless you request us to do so or if weather conditions do not permit a safe rental.

We serve the greater Tulsa metro and surrounding communities within 40 miles of our warehouse.

Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are included for locations within 25 miles. For locations beyond 25 miles, a distance-based delivery charge is automatically calculated at checkout.

For locations beyond 40 miles, service may be available on weekdays and select weekends by request. Please contact us directly to check availability and pricing.
