Q.Do you charge a deposit?
A.We charge a deposit to secure your reservation and lock in your selected inflatable or equipment for your event date. Because many of our items book out well in advance—especially on weekends and holidays—the deposit helps us plan accordingly and ensures that your unit is held just for you.

The deposit also goes toward your total balance and helps prevent last-minute cancellations, allowing us to better serve all of our customers.

Rest assured, your reservation is important to us, and your deposit guarantees we’ll be there and ready to bring the fun!
Q.What happens if I need to cancel?
A.Cancellation Policy – Galaxy Jumpers

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your reservation, please review the following:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event are eligible for a full refund of your deposit or payment.

Cancellations made within 2 to 6 days of your event will receive a rain check (credit) that does not expire. This can be applied to any future rental.
A refund minus the 20% deposit is also an option.

Same-day cancellations or cancellations within 24 hours of delivery day may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellations:
We allow weather-related cancellations with no penalty if made by 10:00 AM on the day of your event and if the forecast includes heavy rain, lightning or high winds (20+ mph). You will receive a rain check that does not expire or if necessary, a full refund.

Galaxy Jumpers is committed to your event. We will not cancel your event unless you request us to do so or if weather conditions do not permit a safe event.

All cancellations must be made by phone or email and confirmed by our team.

Q.what is your service area?

Our service area includes up to 40 miles surrounding the township of Verdigris. Extended range is offered on weekdays and some weekends with a delivery fee. Please call to see if we can make this your greatest event of the year! 918-281-9381
Q.Do you charge a delivery fee?
A.At Galaxy Jumpers, we charge a delivery fee outside of 25 miles from Verdigris, Ok to help cover the time, labor, fuel, and vehicle maintenance involved in getting your inflatable safely to your location and set up on time. Our team handles everything from loading, unloading, setup, and takedown — ensuring your rental is clean, secure, and ready for fun!

Delivery fees also allow us to keep our rental prices affordable while still providing reliable, on-time service across Tulsa and surrounding areas.

We’re committed to making your event as smooth and stress-free as possible — and our delivery team plays a big part in that!
